Shape 1 of 2 — reservation-minimum deal. Customer commits to a minimum number of reservations. EventPipe's revenue is the per-reservation fee × the committed minimum, billed per Service Period, with a true-up if they fall short.

The two things that change per period (Dante, 6/18). Reservation fee steps $4.80 → $4.60 and the minimum steps 16,000 → 18,000 — set ahead of time, per period. Modules and everything else hold.

Minimum = reservation fee × reservation amount, per period. If reservations fall short of the minimum in a Service Period, the customer pays the difference. Payable quarterly, net 90 ($19,200 then $20,700 per quarter).
Going forward the minimum is the sum of every product flagged "counted toward minimum guarantee" × reservation qty — here only the reservation fee is flagged. The rooming-list uploader is the exception (counts toward revenue, excluded from the calc).

Revenue share + booking protection appear on essentially every EP deal as their own sections — they're not per-reservation lines. We hadn't shown these before.
Special term flagged for review: if the Price Rate Scraper Tool isn't delivered by 9/15/26, the reservation fee drops 50% until it ships (minimum still credited at 100%). Bespoke clauses like this route through approval rather than a structured field.
Shape 2 of 2 — Presto commission deal. No reservation minimum and no per-reservation fee. EventPipe earns a share of the booking commission (via its third-party partner) and remits the rest to the customer — Dillon's "presto play" for customers who won't commit to volume.

Structurally different order form. No per-reservation line and no Minimum Revenue table — revenue is commission share + add-ons. This is the second shape the app has to handle.

Payment Processing
Runs through the customer's own Stripe account. EventPipe is not the merchant of record and does not hold customer funds in this model.
Contrast with reservation-minimum deals, where EventPipe may act as merchant of record (the "Merchant of Record Fees + Chargebacks" product) — a real difference between the two shapes.
